Our Cancellation Policy and Exit Interview Requirement

As part of our commitment to continuously improve our institute, we require that all members participate in a brief exit interview before finalizing their membership cancellation. 

This interview will help us gather valuable feedback and understand the reasons behind the decision to leave, enabling us to enhance our institute for current and future members.

Procedure for Cancellation:

1.) Notification

Members wishing to cancel their membership must notify the Unfilteredd Team in writing via email at For your convenience, a form is provided below to facilitate this process.

2.) Scheduling the Exit Interview:

Upon receiving your cancellation request, a member of the Unfilteredd Team will contact you to schedule an exit interview at a convenient time. 

This interview will be conducted over the phone or via an online meeting platform and is expected to take at most 20 minutes.

3.) Completion of Interview:

Your cancellation request will be processed promptly after the exit interview is completed. Please note that all membership benefits will remain active until your current billing cycle ends.

4.) Confirmation of Cancellation

A confirmation of your membership cancellation will be sent to you via email once all procedures are completed.
