Step 1: Make Sure You’re on “Event Types”

Step 2: Click “Copy link”

Step 3: Paste the Link Into Your Browser

Step 4: Open the Time Zone Menu

Step 5: Switch to the AM/PM Option

Step 6: Select the MEMBER’S Time Zone (NOT YOURS!)

Step 7: Select the Date

Step 8: Select the Time

Step 9: Click “Next”

Step 10: Enter the MEMBER’S Name and Email Address

Step 11: Double Check the Event Details

Step 12: Click “Schedule Event”
