Step 1: Open the Email

1. Open the email from Unfilteredd in your inbox. 

Step 2: Follow the Link

1. Click on the link in the email to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Create an Account

1. Fill out your name, create a strong password, then click “Create account.”

Step 4: Update Your Profile

1. Click “Settings.”

2. Type your full name, select “English (United States)” as the language, then create a signature like this:

3. Once you’ve completed those steps, press “Update,” then, press “Done.”

Step 5: Solve Your First Ticket 

1. Watch the demo video.

2. Click “Create and View Test Ticket.”

3. Follow the instructions in the message.

4. Click “Get Started.”

5. Click “Done.”

Step 6: Create a View

1. Click “Settings.”

2. Click “Done.”

Step 7: Create Macro

1. Click “Settings.”

2. Click “Done.”

Step 8: Clear Your Test Ticket

1. Click the “Views” Icon.

2. Click “Your Unsolved Tickets” and open your pending test ticket.

3. Open the menu in the bottom right-hand corner.

4. Select “Solved.”
