Choosing a Therapist:

Should you qualify for the therapy sessions under our guarantee, you are free to select any licensed therapist, provided their rates do not exceed $150 per hour. We believe in your autonomy to choose a therapist who best suits your needs within this budget. It is your responsibility to identify and select your therapist; our role does not include assisting in searching for or selecting a therapist.

Claiming the Guarantee:

To claim this guarantee, simply notify us at [email protected]. Our team will verify your adherence to the guarantee criteria based on our records. Once confirmed, we will promptly process your refund and arrange for the therapy sessions as per the guarantee.

Review and Update Clause:

Please note that the terms of our guarantee are subject to periodic review and may be updated to serve our members better and adapt to feedback or operational needs. Members will be notified of any changes to these terms in a timely manner, ensuring transparency and understanding.

Refund Policy

If you use our services and don’t see any progress, we’ll refund every penny you’ve spent with us and pay for you to go to a therapist of your choice once a week for one year. See “Guarantee Criteria Clause” for more information.

Membership

Your Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse membership will continue until terminated.

To use the service, you must have Internet access and a computer, phone, or tablet device and provide us with one or more Payment Methods.

“Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted payment method, which may be updated from time to time and may include payment through your account with a third party.

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee to your Payment Method for the next billing cycle (see “Cancellation” below).

Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle. 
The membership fee for Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the ThriveCart’s Customer Hub that you can access by clicking the “Manage Your Subscription” link on “Your Profile” page. Click the “Subscriptions” link and then the “Current” tab to see your next payment date.

If you signed up for Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, you can find the billing information about your membership by visiting your account with the applicable third party. 

Payment Methods. 
To use Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods.

You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee.

You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the Service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. 

Updating your Payment Methods. 
You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “Your Profile” page and clicking the “Manage Your Subscription” link to access ThriveCart’s Customer Hub, where you can update your payment methods.

We may also update your Payment Methods using information from the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable Payment Method(s).

Cancellation. 
You can cancel your Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

It is your responsibility to cancel your account before it renews. Only you can know when you choose to cancel your subscription, so Unfilteredd LLC will not cancel your account for you.

To cancel, go to the “Your Profile” page, click “Manage Your Subscription,” and log in to ThriveCart’s Customer Hub using the purchase email address. The system will then send you an email with your access link. Inside ThriveCart’s Customer Hub, click the “Subscriptions” link, then click the “Current” tab. You can see and cancel your active subscriptions here by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button.

If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. Inside ThriveCart’s Customer Hub, you will also see when your account will close.

If you signed up for Unfilteredd’s Institute of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example, by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the Service through that third party.

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. 
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

This means mentors do not engage in clinical practices such as diagnosing health conditions, conducting therapy sessions, or prescribing medical treatments.

Instead, they focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where members feel seen, heard, understood, secure, and validated.

For purposes of litigating any dispute that arises under these Terms or any dispute you have with Unfilteredd LLC, you hereby submit to and consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Vermont in the United States of America and agree that such litigation shall be conducted in the courts of Rutland County, Vermont, or the federal courts for the United States for the District of Vermont.

Severability

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
